Pamparato corn biscuits are originally from Pamparato: a little town set among the mountains in Piedmont, north Italy. Traditionally Pamparato Corn Biscuits were born in a time where wheat flour prices skyrocketed after a bad harvest, therefore bakers started mixing wheat flour with corn flour.
