It is gluten-free and ideal for celiac people. Arconatura Pre-cooked corn flour is a high-quality corn flour made by grinding steam-precooked corn, which reduces prep time considerably to just a few minutes.

Corn is also naturally gluten-free, thus suitable for celiac people but also for a regular diet since corn is a nutritious food, rich in:

Characteristics of Arconatura Pre-cooked corn flour 500 g 

Arconatura Pre-cooked corn flour has a deep yellow color and a fine grain that is ideal to a variety of uses like Italian Polenta and desserts. 

For a traditional Italian creamy Polenta, simply boil two liters of salted water for 500 g of Arconatura Pre-cooked corn flour, and pour the mixture by pouring and stirring continuously. Serve hot accompanied by meat dishes such as stews, braises and roasts. Also great with aged cheeses and cured meats, paired with a delicious red wine.  Or in its cold or grilled version for a tasty appetizer and starter.
