Arcobaleno Organic boiled lentils are a special small, thin-skinned lentil variety with a distinctive brown color tending to green and a pleasant lentil taste. The easiest way to consume them is to drain them from their salted storage water and season to taste. They can also be enjoyed on their own with a drizzle of oil and warmed a few minutes.
