Boeri Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a careful selection of organic PDO Taggiasca olives from olive trees grown just a few meters from the Ligurian Sea.

The Taggiasca olive used for Boeri taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, is the result of the Ligurian territory and climate that contributes to the growth of an olive with a fruity, sweet and soft taste, just like its oil. Boeri Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil can enhance the taste of any dish without being aggressive.

In addition to the PDO designation, Boeri Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is organic and comes from a sustainable farming. Taggiasca olives are harvested between March and October, taken immediately to the mill and cold pressed. The resulting oil is stored in sealed steel tanks and bottled when required to keep its high quality and organoleptic characteristics intact.
 

Characteristics of Boeri Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil 750 ml 

Boeri taggiasca extra virgin olive oil has a yellow color and opalescent green reflections. The flavor is slightly fruity and herbaceous. A sweet taste to which is added a touch of mild spiciness that together with the vegetal note gives to the Boeri Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil an extra touch.
